Who we are

DEX TRACER (“we”) provides this service at dextracer.com. Questions and requests go to support@dextracer.com.

The service

DEX TRACER provides research for Solana tokens. Trenches shows market listings; Scan follows observed creator, wallet and transfer connections. Available data depends on the connected sources and their coverage. Features may change, pause or be removed at any time.

DEX TRACER is currently free. There are no paid plans, and we do not take subscription payments. Wallet transactions can incur network, provider and token fees.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account is for one person. When you create an account you confirm your age and accept these terms; we record which version you accepted and when. Keep your password and your wallet safe: anyone who has them can use your account.

• Email and password: we send a link to your address first, and you choose a password of at least 15 characters after opening it. Common passwords and passwords known from data breaches are refused.
• Solana wallet: you sign a text message to prove you control the wallet. Signing in never sends a transaction, moves funds or costs anything, and we never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
• Google: offered only when it is switched on. A new account can use Google only from the sign-up page, after accepting these terms.

Keeping your account safe

Before a sensitive change, such as deleting the account, changing its email address or linking a sign-in method, we ask you to confirm it is you with your password, your wallet or Google. After many failed password attempts, password sign-in slows down and eventually stops until the password is reset. We email you about important changes to your account.

Wallet transactions

When trading is enabled, you can request a swap on a supported network through your own wallet. Wallet access through Privy is separate from your website account. A pair needs an available provider route; trading support on another network does not add token research for that network.

You review the network, wallet, token addresses, amounts, minimum receive, reported fees, slippage and quote expiry before approving a transaction in your wallet. Any token approval is a separate wallet action. We do not hold your funds or private keys, sign for you, or trade automatically. The service may relay your signed Solana transaction to the execution provider; EVM transactions are submitted through your wallet.

A quote does not guarantee a fill, confirmation or profit. A transaction whose confirmation is unknown may already have been submitted: check the wallet and transaction record before trying again. Deleting your account cannot reverse a blockchain transaction.

Not financial advice

The research and transaction tools on DEX TRACER are for your own decisions. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, or investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are risky, and you can lose everything you put in. Check important facts yourself before you rely on them.

Data and accuracy

Market data can be missing, late or wrong. We show the source, age and coverage of values where we have them, and we show missing values as missing rather than as zero, but we cannot guarantee that any data is complete or correct.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law, or use DEX TRACER to harm or deceive others;
• attack, overload or probe the service, or get around its limits or security;
• collect data from DEX TRACER automatically at a scale beyond normal personal use;
• use someone else’s account or pretend to be someone else.

Your content

Your Watchlist, private notes, saved screeners and alert rules belong to you. We store them only to show them to you, and they are private to your account.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Your data; this also deletes your Watchlist, notes, saved screeners, alert rules, trading identity binding and retained quote and execution history from our database. Public blockchain records remain on the blockchain. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

DEX TRACER is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from decisions you make with it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page, its version and its date, and ask you to accept the new version before you use your account again.
